"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"

"This property was very nice, and in a fantastic location! Tokyo station is literally right next door. The staff were very helpful and kind. They had little welcome bags for the kids, which was very cute! The rooms were clean and amenities provided were helpful! We did have breakfast at the restaurant, which was very good! "Mitsui Garden is a chain hotel with many in the area. We tried this one because of the location in relationship to where our friends were staying. It is also really close to the Higashi-Ginza stop of the Hibiya line and an 8-10min walk to the Ginza line. There is an elevator across the street to get down to the trains, otherwise it is a lot of stairs. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. Laundry was challenging seeing as they only have 3 machines and I think 14 floors of rooms. It only took...

"A good place for those who wants to go Disneyland or Disneysea. They provide shuttle bus. And it is link to the Shin-Urayasu train station. Very convenient. Shopping centres are just at the train station. "

"The hotel is very old and bathrooms are very dated. Amenities, there is no gym on site rather run by a third party and pay an additional fee to use. I was expecting a 4 star hotel however I would say less than 3 star."
