"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

"We picked this hotel as a stop off on the way to our skiing holiday. We wanted somewhere quiet with good parking, the hotel fulfilled both of these requirements. The hotel staff was very helpful, with check in and out being quick and hassle free. The room was nice, with a second bedroom for the children. Only two small things spoilt the room, the ash tray on the balcony had not been emptied and a light switch was hanging off the wall. As we were only stopping for one night, these wasn’t issues...

"Das Hotel ist nicht veraltet, sondern in positivem Sinne altehrwürdig. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Wellness-Bereich. Mein Zimmer war groß und gemütlich und der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Was ärgerlich war: Am Tag des Checkouts wurde mein Zimmer bereits vor meinem Checkout gereinigt und meine restlichen Sachen an der Rezeption hinterlegt. Unangenehm… "

"Didn't luje the roon assifned, evej if ir was booked it 3 months ago! It was a room adjusted to the needs of a physically challenged person and i know fron our own experience what that looks like. But it was my wife's and my anniversary trip and it was at least depressing... The view was towards some interior backyard, on the ground level. Nothing memorable about it."

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "Overall enjoyed the place! Great food and a great pool and spa! Very relaxing. However the area around it is very hard to enjoy when there is rain. Definitely will be coming again. Great place for couples. "

"The fraud of hotel totall ruins my experience staying there. Me and my friend stayed in a Comford Single Room with a twin bed. To comfirm the bed is twin, separable, I called the hotel before we booked online. The lady staff confirmed the bed is a twin separable bed without extra cost. Unprofessional service. The night we checked in. There is an man didn't know the hotel at all. It took him 30m to find our room with a separable bed in there. Fraudulent hotel When we checked out....
