The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed having a large communal space to gather with our friends who we were traveling with but would also recommend these rooms for anyone traveling with kids. The resort obviously prides itself on their guests enjoying peace and quiet which is a welcome change from most resorts. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was good and the spa is a nice touch. If only one of the two outdoor pools were heated, I would have given a higher rating. "

"Our best stay so far on a 6 week trip around Italy. The design of this place has been carefully thought out money spent with taste. It has it own internal restaurant so you don’t have to eat away if you feel like staying here to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake by the pool or hot tub.Staff we’re amazing thanks for a great experience."

"Hotel is a part of a big complex Parco San Marco. It has few restaurants, several swimming pools, spa, beach and so on. It also has a coin laundry. Highly recoment as a base to explore the area of lakes Como and Lugano."

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything.
