"The bartenders were the best and the rooms were very clean. The area is very walkable with a lot of restaurants options which were all very good. Only downside was that I didn’t stay longer. I will definitely return and stay at NYX Hotel once again. "

"We stayed for couple of nights here during our visit to Madrid. We hhave mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were not ready by check in time. The front desk offered to store our luggage till the room was ready. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities for our family(2 adults and 2 teenage kids) We loved the closet ,it was huge walk in closet. The bathroom was the only con it was tiny and the door handle came off , we tried to explain to the guys at the front desk...

"Staff at the property were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The location is a bit far from the attractions and any dining options. The onsite restaurant was adequate. The metro station is a 7 min walk away through a residential neighbourhood and connects to everything in the city. Took us 50 minutes by walk and metro to reach Sol or Chueca. "

"The hotel itself was fairly okay, although, there wasnt anything to do at all around the hotel. For work related events it would be great but to just stay as a couple it was limited. The area the hotel is in is inconvient with little to do in the area. The housekeeping was poor; on some days the room wasnt cleaned. All the staff were nice. "
