"Edward stood out as an exceptionally helpful member of staff. So informative, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond and we were very grateful as it was our first visit to Cardiff. We had a deluxe room which was very comfortable, executive lounge was an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of of choice."

"Didn’t like the shower, water needed in the room especially due to current heat wave. Arriving for breakfast at 09.40 resulted in most food either all gone or very low. Reception staff extremely pleasant & helpful, large bed was very comfortable. Overall good location."

"Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again."

"Efficient check in, managed by a friendly member of staff. Booked room only, but were offered discounted breakfast at only £15 for 2 people. Seemed silly not to! Our room was on 15th floor. Good size. A bit sparse in terms of furniture - but it had everything you needed - I.e. sufficient cupboard, wardrobe space. Plenty of electric sockets - but a mirror at the desk area would have been beneficial. Well stocked tea/coffee tray. Added bonus of a fridge. Decent basic toiletries provided in the...
