"We had a great stay at the Omni! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. Self-parking was simple, just a few steps away in the garage. We did have an issue with the iron not getting hot, but when we called the front desk, they immediately brought up a new one. We also requested a refrigerator since the room didn’t include one, and they brought it up quickly and let us keep it for our entire stay, which was a huge plus. Another big highlight was that they allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived ahead of schedule. That level of flexibility and customer service made a big difference. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was pleasant and comfortable for a downtown hotel. The price was reasonable. The room was quiet and the bathroom was clean. The dining food was too pricey especially since it was not very good. However there are interesting restaurants around to try out. Even though you have to use valet, the valet staff were attentive and quick. We felt comfortable walking to the Alley theatre. The Astros were playing that weekend and there were a lot of guests at the hotel. "

"The resort was so beautiful and all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean,beautiful and lots of space for the family. The pool was super fun for the kids and the adults."

"I loved the location of the hotel which was within walking distance to the mall and various restaurants in the area. The only thing that was slightly troubling is the elevators.. there are 4 of them and every day there was a problem of some sort which caused long wait times...however I Would still stay here again and recommend to others to do so as well!! 😁"

"From my check in to check out, everything was superb. I have never met a friendlier staff. Even when I strolled in the extremely early AM hours. If I am in the Houston area again, I will only stay here, period. Thank you for making this trip a great one"
