"We had an amazing stay at the Podstine in July. The hotel is beauty, tucked away on the coast just a 20 minute walk from Hvar Town. The real gem of the hotel is the private beach, sunbeds and swimming area. The hotel staff are very attentive, helpful, and lovely to chat to at breakfast, at the beach bar and at check-in. Maya was lovely to speak with and while I waited for drinks at the bar! The dive centre next door was a big bonus too, as my partner was able to dive without having to get a taxi or a walk a long distance. The breakfast was quite simple in terms of options, but was fine for us. We stayed in an “economy” room. It was quite limited in terms of space, but again, that didn’t bother us! It may just be a problem for couples travelling with lots of luggage. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but the menu looked good. The drinks menu at the beach bar had a wide range and was reasonably priced compared to Hvar town. I would recommend the Podstine to anyone. We would definitely like to return one day! "Excellent hotel. All staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable & air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was of high quality with plenty of choice. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi all in good working condition & pleasant environment. Sauna, steam room & indoor jacuzzi were good. Gym was air conditioned & had a variety of equipment. Walk into Split centre was about 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would stay again."

"This place was a hidden gem. My adult kids also did a free Mediterranean bath, which is part of the amenity who would’ve thought this is such a gem and such a beautiful place. The beachfront is right there. Everything is pretty much walking distance. It is one of the most beautiful locations and there’s more to come in the next year or so there’s gonna be so much in front of the beach that it will be just an amazing place to stay at the drinks the rooftop bar the breakfast. Everything was just amazing. What an amazing location."
