Filip and Marija brought a new meaning for customer service/support. They were perfect and made our stay enjoyable; As an example, the airline company lost our luggage; they were also rude with us considering the stress that we had since we had to leave to Dubrovnik 2 days later and they did not tell us about the process ; Filip and Marija told us : proceed with your vacation, we will take care of it including arranging for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel, What a RELIEF this was; We will never forget this. "The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very nice - especially the bathroom. Had amazing AC which is not always common and was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Opted into the hotel transfer which was great and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that organized. Location was perfect you’re 2 minutes from the boardwalk and close to a popular cab/uber pickup & dropoff site.
