"Staff is awesome room was clean, wish ther was breakfast though. Don’t use the washer and dryer unless you have a very light load, don’t put sweat pants and a sweatshirt in, took three hours to dry."

"If you plan on staying in this hotel by all means the view is great, but if you plan on moving your vehicle at all the hotel does not validate In-N-Out parking. You have to pay every time you want to leave and come back. Unlike the normal hotel, La Quinta downtown Chicago validate parking yes it’s $70 but you can drive in and out as many times as you want during your stay. Unlike this hotel."

"When we arrived, there was only 2/4 elevators operational. On our last day there, there was only 1 elevator working for all of the guests. Yes, stairs are an option, but not easy when you have young kids. Requested a birthday amenity, never showed up. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool was an amazingly warm temperature, but be careful of that floor. There is no grip when trying to open the locker room doors. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Ordered dinner and had to have remade due to hair in the food, but was corrected very quickly. Good food overall. Wonderful location for being able to walk to many places throughout the city. Navy Pier was only a 10-15 minute walk. Parking ramp situation was a little snug."

I was pleasantly surprised I received $15 per day towards the bar or snack room. The snack room selections included hot and cold items. My room was a bit hot for my taste and they took care of it immediately."
