"One of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable and private, although the one small pillow was underwhelming. Everything was very clean. Only four beds to a room made it feel almost like a regular hotel."

No further explanation, alternatives, or compensation were offered. The complimentary breakfast was average, with the same items every morning and no omelet station. If a rooftop bar or amenities matter to you, this is not the place to stay."

"The only negative note I had was I wanted to be able to go to my balcony to check out the city from my room but besides that. I had a WONDERFUL stay. The rooms were nicely organized and cleaned and the showers felt amazing. If I ever go to Chicago, i will definitely book with them again! "
