"We were very disappointed with our stay. After checking in, we found that the room had a strong unpleasant smell, the chairs were visibly stained, and the bathroom did not appear to be clean. The shower head was also not working properly, with very poor water flow, and it made a loud noise whenever it was turned on, making it an unpleasant experience to use. Because of these issues, we decided we wanted to check out early and contacted the hotel through the Expedia app to ask about the process...

"The apartment was very dark. Directly next to the pool. The window from both the living room and bedroom faced a brick wall surrounding the pool."

"There are quite a few apartment blocks within the Oaks complex. It took us a few minutes to find the reception as it's tucked at the back. Had to call the night manager as we were told we would be texted the key safe code, after advising we probably would be arriving just after reception had closed. We didn't receive the code which was just a bit annoying. The car park space (for room 302) was extremely tight, between two pillars. Luckily our car is mid size but it's a squeeze to get in. "The staff were amazing. I was travelling with 3 kids. After getting mucked around from my previous hotel, Ashleigh on reception was amazing! The next day she moved our room to accomodate us more. I cant speak highly enough of the staff, everyone i came in contact with were awesome! I will be back. Many thanks!!"

"Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

"Lovely accommodation. Very soacius, nice balconies and terraces. Pools weren’t overly busy even in school holidays. Friendly staff, great on site restaurant. Noosa you can walk in 15 mins and Aldi is pretty much next door. Apartments aren’t soundproof but all residents were respectful and no noise after 9pm!"
