"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Few spoke English, and English fluency was rare; however, goodwill went a long way in making my stay enjoyable. Cafe offered a high quality food carry out for brunch, as well as options at evening time. Condo offered a beautiful view of the South China Sea. The layout of the condo was impressive . Plenty of kitchen counter space. Included a separate dinning space Japanese style."

"Everything was amazing except the floor in the room. It was kept very clean but it’s the kind you put outside on your patio. It was very rough on your feet if you want to walk barefoot. FYI I stayed after the reno. The hotel was extremely family friendly and had tons of families with children. There was a game room, indoor playground, and arts and crafts room on the ground floor. The family SENSES dining area had a duplo Lego area to play. I can’t say much about the pools since I didn’t...

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

The amenities provided everything you needed. What I valued the most were the little details. This resort thought of everything to make a guest's stay more enjoyable. "私が３回目、妻が初めての沖縄、冬の沖縄は初めて。 観光地に近い場所も考えましたが、ゆっくりホテルステイも楽しみたいと思い、こちらを選択しました。 結果、大満足で不満はひとつもありませんでした。 サービス、食事、お部屋やリゾート全体、すべて完璧でした。2月の沖縄を楽しめたのはこちらのホテルだったからだと思います。 夜に聞こえてくるのは波音だけ。まさに非日常。 唯一の心残りはディナーを付けなかったこと。外で沖縄料理を堪能するために付けませんでしたが、朝食のレベルを考えるとディナーも相当美味しいはず。夜遅く帰ってきても笑顔で対応してくださったスタッフの皆様には感謝しかありません。 身も心も十分休まり、また仕事を頑張ろうという気持ちになりました。 また沖縄に行く際は利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。"
