Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the roofed pool and onsen, and rooms are very spacious. This year is still very hot even though it’s November, so I wish you could adapt and extend the swimming season and allow the use of outdoor pools.

It is a beautiful area with lots of great options for families. I think the property was a bit dated, though, and could use some upgrades. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and provided plenty of space for my wife and I, along with our 2 sons.

客室は綺麗でした。 接客はごく普通に感じました。 朝食会場は9時過ぎて行くと案内係がいなくフロアに行っていて困ってしまうことがありました。 ナイフとフォークはすでに片付けられていて、 箸で食べるしか無かったです。 9時30分にラストオーダーになるので30分になったらビュッフェ料理は片付けるとの事でしたが、25分に取りに行ったら半分近く片付けてしまっていましたので少し残念でした。 早めに行く事をお勧めします。

バブル期に建てられたとても豪華な建物ですが 手が回りきらず清掃が行き届いていないのかも 特に問題だったのが客室がカビの臭いが有り 10分ほどで気にならなくなりますが 再度ホテル内を散策後に部屋に入るとカビ臭で ガッカリします、後客室の照明は暗めです その他はおおむね良かったです

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が雑、宿泊客にたいして朝食会場が狭過ぎて行列ができる、部屋にペットボトルの水くらいさ―ビスして欲しい、コンビニに軽食があってもよいと思う。掃除等のスタッフは笑顔があってとても良い。
