"Clean property with a lot of amenities. I would say my only complaint was the airport shuttle service. It’s not listed very well on their properties page. When you land you must call the property to inform them to pick you up. When I used this service I waited an hour for a ride because the normal shuttle was being serviced and they were using an unmarked minivan. Other than that the property and staff were great once I got there."

"This is my second time staying at Hotel Alba. Love the atmosphere, the staff are all helpful, pool open late till 10pm (rare to find a pool open late) and options of eating and having drinks at the bar. Bartenders are amazing especially Bryan! There is a mall within walking distance but if you want to explore Tampa (Ybor or surrounding areas) you will need to catch an uber or rent a car. ***Just a warning only 1 elevator has been working since Hurricane Helen hit. But they are doing their very best at having someone in the elevator at all times to make sure it picks everyone up quickly. "

"I only stayed because hotel was convenient for being picked up as I had a graduation to attend too and was close by. I have never been to the Hard Rock before and was blown away the size and the amount of people there. The room was VERY clean, and I enjoyed my stay."
