The staff was so friendly and the building is so beautiful. I love the neighborhood and restaurants nearby as well. I made a great choice. The pool is closed until May and the elevator doesn’t work right now. But because of the staff I love the hotel anyway.

This is a hidden gem with wonderful rooms, fantastic cafe off the lobby frequented by locals who know a great thing, and an accommodating staff. Our only choice while in Tampa just minutes from the airport and at surprisingly affordable prices.

Staff was great and very polite. Rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms could use some updates. Very popular local restaurant connected to the hotel, but we did not eat there. Overall, this was a good, economical stay with easy access (12 min car) to the downtown area.

The staff was very friendly. The elevator wasn't working the night we stayed but it was fine for one day. The whirlpool tub in the room kept the water warm for a long time but the jets didn't work. I didn't call down to see if there was a trick to work it so maybe there was

As son as you walk in, you smell mold. Elvator out of order, pool is full of green slime, etc.. My 3rd floor room (using stairs), was clean and adequate. The facility needs an entire renovation. It has great potential, but needs a lot of work.

The staff was very friendly.However we requested no air freshener and the smell of it was terrible. The room was large but very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. The room next door was in and out all night and even tried or die knives at one point.. we and to leaving at daylight
