"A wonderful oasis walking distance from the old town and a short tram ride to the castle area. Helpful friendly staff. We loved the smart decor and the hideaways such as the library and the secret garden. We made full use of the cafe mosaic area for morning coffee and relaxing evening drinks. Definitely recommend. "

"Good location, quiet and comfort stay. Room is large and clean. Found the led light strip fell down the 2nd night when I was back to the hotel. Fortunately it wasn't happened when we were sleeping. Front desk staff was so helpful to have we moved to another room."

"Great hotel with one major flaw. First hotel we have seen in 15 years that does not have a public computer for guests to print their own airline boarding passes. All you need is a cheap printer. The woman at the front desk tried for more than 30 minutes to download and print our boarding passes. It was a real hassle to wait in line to do it at the airport. "
