We opened the window and realized just how loud the planes were but once we closed them, absolutely no noise! It was the best night sleep we had on vacation! The hotel front desk was super friendly - we chatted about her upcoming trip. We didn't eat the breakfast. "

"I love the room it was so clean! The only thing I don’t like the lights in the hallway turned off at night. It will automatically turned off its like a sensor thing. The service was good. When we asked for roll away bed it came immediately. The buffet restaurant feels like a fine dining. The food was great. All in all we are satisfied! "

Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. "
