"Clean and comfortable and super convenient location. You can essentially see the hotel from the Zurich HB station plaza and it is right near the lake and areas of interest are nearby. Friendly staff. "

"I wish the had better toiletries for the shower. The shower also tended to exceed the limits and spread water on the floor. We had to be careful in that respect, and wasted a lot of towels to keep it contained. Otherwise the room was comfy. We had a balcony which was sweet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"The team welcomed us well, we noticed in interxonnecting door that would be great to have open but was key locked, on speaking to reception it’s was not a problem and in no time a member of the team was in and opening. They recommended a great place to eat on our first evening after a long day of travelling. Coupled with amazing views we had a great stay thank you."

"The only thing that doesn’t let me give 5 stars is the noise in the street until very late at night. But staying in this area of the city comes with this problem since there are so many bars and restaurants in this lovely neighborhood."
