We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our specific needs for one person who is somewhat claustrophobic were taken seriously and several rooms options offered as available for them. The man at the desk on arrival, Hasan, was really helpful and understanding as was the lady on the desk the next morning and we had spoken to her by phone before we arrived too and received great service. There were areas which will soon need a bit of renovation but...
