"We had a fabulous room, which was ready for us when we arrived at 1130. The bathroom was huge and I had a bath, as requested. Disappointingly, the bath plug was faulty and although staff promised to replace, it remained faulty so I was unable to have a bath which I had looked forward to. Breakfast staff still not listening to specific requests - the food is amazing but far too much of it, and I hate waste!"

"Fabulous apartment right in the middle of town. Just as the pictures, very well furnished and decorated. Loved being so close to great independent shops, bars and restaurants… would definitely recommend…. As other guests have mentioned you are in the middle of town so if you’re used to peace and quiet and are a light sleeper… maybe take some ear plugs (it’s really not bad btw… don’t let it put you off)…. Besides the beds are so comfy you’ll be sound asleep anyway!!"

"Lovely cottage with a homely feel. Kate provided lots of thoughtful extras and was really helpful. The location was perfect for us, we loved Cirencester and the surrounding villages. Lots of parking, WiFi was faster than mine at home. Would definitely recommend. "
