"Well it was troubled from the start. Couldn’t get into property had to ask a neighbour after speaking to hotels.com direct (they were useless - Indian call centre didn’t have a clue) neighbour gave me owners number. Called her she said did let have lock keep number and she would contact who manages it. Nearly 2 hours after arriving we managed to get in!!!! "Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "
