"The hotel was very beautiful. The service people were extremely nice. I needed a high chair in my room, and they immediately brought it. The hotel is gorgeous very industrial looking. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but it was actually really quiet. Close to the airport and central park. Will stay here again."

"I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. The room was nice overall, but the cabinet housing the HVAC unit needs attention. It vibrates quite a bit and can make it difficult to sleep; adjusting the bottom door should help reduce the noise. Breakfast was okay. The cantaloupe was sweet but a bit too firm. The pool was also much smaller than expected—more like...
