"You have to call to let the hotel know you need the airport shuttle, but it came within about 20 min after I did and was clean and comfortable. The room was clean, check in was efficient, and I'll stay here again if I get stuck overnight at La Guardia. "

The hot water in the shower need to be activated by turning on both the faucet and the shower for a couple minutes. Expected and happened: 1. The noise from the planes due to how close the hotel is to LGA."

"Could do with a refurbishment in parts. Overall a decent stay, was clean and staff were helpful. "

"They have a parking lot and I needed it for only 2 nights and the front desk was trying to charge me my whole stay when I wasn’t using it for all those extra nights. My room also didn’t have a smart tv, as the staffs was trying to help and bring us a smart tv for it not to work. The rooms are vintage, not modern or updated at all but that’s ok. The price per night is ridiculous. Besides that I loved it and would stay again, just less days."
