"Such a nice little hotel that was affordable and near so many local activities. The neighborhood and surrounding area was also very safe! I’d stay here again."

"We stopped here in 2018, and when we decided to visit NY again in 2025 we wondered if the Feather Factory was still open. We’re so pleased it was and it’s even better than last time. Still the same friendly staff and comfy rooms, but the added lobby area with coffee and the breakfast room on the 5th floor with rooftop views was stunning. Breakfast was great and plentiful.
We’ve read some reviews that the area is a little sketchy, we never felt concerned at any time. We were out late on two evenings and still didn’t feel concerned.
The hotel is ideally situated for the metro into the city.
Another great experience and if we are visiting the Big Apple again we’d be sure to stop there.
Thanks

"Friendly staff. We arrived after flight delays and an eventual flight cancellation. We booked at last minute. Staff was kind and courteous which was helpful especially since we were frustrated and tired."
