Love this hotel. Great location and great staff. The back outdoor space is lovely and the on site coffee shop has great products. Third time staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is not it, though. You can hear the street noise. It's New York, after all. Just mentioning this as I noticed it, but quickly got used to it. The location is great. Near subways, restaurants, Broadway. Almost everything is walking distance away. The room is good and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of the city, but we didn't spend much time in it, because there is just way too much to see and do and too little time.

Hotel was great, good location just around Times Square and comfortable room and bathroom, staff was polite… the only complaint was at the checkout I was about to book an uber to the airport for $120 (total with tolls) and the lady in the staff told us we could use the taxi outside the hotel and they will charge us the same $120.. on the way to the airport the driver told us the tolls were not included nor the taxes and tip, we ended paying $145 instead of the $120 and I think the hotel staff...

Great service with easy access to mid town Manhattan

We had a great stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location can’t be beat. So much great dining and great scenery.

Our business trip was amazing here! Marco ( Food & Beverages Manager) was so courteous and really took care of us gals. All the staff was pleasant. Only critique is heavier blankets for the winter. Overall, excellent.

Great place to stay

The location is fantastic for getting around and walking almost anywhere or getting an easy subway. The hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern.

Had a great stay here. Rooms are just big enough for one person to stay comfortably. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Only slight issue was slow elevators but as long as you leave your room 5 minutes before you normally would you should be able to get an elevator in time. Really pleased with this stay after going in pretty blind.

This is our go to hotel when we visit NYC! The doormen are always so kind and helpful. I love having security there when we return at night. Everyone is always so wonderful accommodating, & pleasant. The rooms are immaculate! I have stayed here for my 6 trips so far. It is convenient to all the best restaurants and Broadway shows!

this hotel is incredibly convenient to Manhattan. The ferry dock is right at the hotel which runs to 34th st. If the ferry isn’t your thing, theirs a bus stop about a block from the hotel, offers service to the PATH bus depot at 42nd st and 8th Ave. the hotel is the first stop on the route, so it’s really quick.

Great location

My stay was amazing. I left my DnD on my door the whole visit, I’m very low maintenance and don’t require too much. I poked my head out when I heard housekeeping and swapped out my towels for clean ones. The woman who assisted me was super sweet! She offered me another bottle of water and a box of tissues. I had great experiences with a younger black man with braids, he had a great personality and positive energy, I would smile as soon as I saw him. He also grabbed a trashbag for me, there were...

Excellent location. Close to all Broadway shows and right in Time Square. Offered an upgrade to a room with an even better view.
