"This newly renovated hotel was a great find. We appreciated all the lovely folks, that work there, who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, from Joe the manager to Razeu, our server in the lounge. The location is perfect for access to the subway, Broadway or Times Square. The rooms are the usual NY style of small and clearly old but everything from the carpet to the bedding was updated and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and I will be going back."

"Service was great but my only complaint was the room. First off the shower didn’t work till we called maintenance which luckily they were quick to fix. The outlets next to the bed didn’t work. The toilet seat looked like melted it with something hot. Both the tub and the toilet looked cracked. Other than those everything looked fine."
