Excellent breakfast with many hot and cold options. Large dining area and staff kept buffet area very clean, fresh and filled. Excellent location near many sites including Central Park. Will stay here again.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is not it, though. You can hear the street noise. It's New York, after all. Just mentioning this as I noticed it, but quickly got used to it. The location is great. Near subways, restaurants, Broadway. Almost everything is walking distance away. The room is good and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of the city, but we didn't spend much time in it, because there is just way too much to see and do and too little time.

This hotel was incredible! Top to bottom. The lobby felt warm and inviting, while still being chic. It had a garden terrace right off of the lobby bar. There is a coffee shop attached to the lobby, and coffee (hot or iced), hot chocolate and tea are free for guests. The beds are INSANELY comfortable! Had a great stay here. Rooms are just big enough for one person to stay comfortably. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Only slight issue was slow elevators but as long as you leave your room 5 minutes before you normally would you should be able to get an elevator in time. Really pleased with this stay after going in pretty blind.

The hotel was close to restaurants and easy to access transit system.

Great location and the staff were very friendly. There are so many things within a walkable area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is some construction inside going on, but it was never an issue. The rooms are very quiet and you can barely hear the street noise. The rooms are smaller, but that is New York. It was a good size to relax after a long day of exploring and get ready for the day. The staff were very nice and helpful. The area was very safe. I would definitely stay again....

This was one of the few times that we got to our room before housekeeping was done. The smell of Clorox was affirming in that I felt like the bathroom was REALLY sanitized before we got in! IT. FELT. CLEAN!!! And housekeeping was not one person doing everything; it was a team of cleaners going over the room! OUTSTANDING!!! Wonderful desk staff, too! Great location; convenient to the Javitz center. Walkable to everything else in the city (MTA, mid-town, etc.). And it was QUIET! ...

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.

Great service with easy access to mid town Manhattan

Perfect stay! Room was large, especially for NY standards. Bed super comfy, curtains blocked light and room was very quiet. Amenities were awesome and we were able to check in early and store our luggage with no problem at the end. Warwick still has it!

Shelley was AMAZING and very helpful. Definitely made the stay better.
