"Was offered an "upgrade" to a suite with ample room for my family and me, from a double queen city view room for $100 extra a night. Upon arriving at the suite, there was only 1 bed. Apologies and additional bedding arrangements were offered, but never came. The bathroom was not cleaned to the point that rings from the previous guests' products were still on the counters. None of the outlets would hold a plug, and the automatic blind system would malfunction and then die out, causing awful noises and then needing to be manually opened/closed."

"This is Maspeth's hidden gem right off the highway. If you're looking for public transportation this is not the spot for you however if you're traveling by car they have a decent sized parking lot, with electric charge on site, and a gas station feet away which is SUPER rare in the city. Shout out to Hannah at the front desk, always the hostess with the mostest! The breakfast attendant is friendly and makes the tiny space feel warm and inviting. I've stayed here over 8 times the past year and 2 times already in 2026. "
