"I had such a great experience with this Marriott location, especially after accidentally leaving behind a very important item my camera. I truly believed it was lost for good, and it meant a lot to me, so I was incredibly relieved when the team stepped in to help. I want to give a special thank you to the security team and loss prevention team especially Gregory Hector and Chuck for taking the time and care to locate my item and assist with getting it shipped back to me in California. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Everyone I spoke with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They turned what I thought was a loss into an experience that reminded me how much great customer service still exists. It’s one thing to have a nice stay, but it says so much about a hotel when their team continues to provide this level of care even after checkout. "Not even a coffee machine in the room. First time I stay in a room with no coffee machine. There was a refrigerator. Ice machine was not working in my floor. I asked for ice and took hours for someone to come and tell me to grt ice from ice machine. Then again I told ice machine broke, then i said I don’t need ice anymore "

"The hotel needs an overhaul. The room is decent in size but the fixtures are old and unkempt. Bathroom door is peeling off same with the mirror in the bathroom.it looks tired,dark and not welcoming. "
