"This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3...

"Hotel Hirschen Glottertal is a lovely hotel in a very quaint village. This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a home base around many hiking trails and beautiful nature. The facilities and amenities are exceptional. It was a delight to explore the wonderful scenery and come back from a hike to a relaxing sauna session. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast and restaurant delightful. "

"Wenn ich zum Welness nach Deutschland fahre, erwarte ich auch Kosmetik inkl. Massagen! Nach der Frage für eine Ganzkörpermassage war die Antwort sie sei komplett voller Termine! "Die Lage am Wald ist sehr nett. Allerdings waren wir doch überrascht, dass der Notschreipass eine recht viel befahrende Straße ist und so der Balkon zur Straßenseite immer mit einem gewissen Straßenlärm einherging. Auf der anderen Seite ist es aktuell eher noch weniger ratsam, da dort ein neues Gästehaus gebaut wird, was die Aussicht doch sehr einschränkt und auch den Lärmpegel im Wellnessbereich leider sehr hochschraubt. Mal sehen wie es nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten aussieht. Vielleicht...

"Séjour idyllique à l’hôtel Bären ! La Chambre était spacieuse, propre, literie confortable, belle salle de douche. La cuisine est variée et plutôt subtile. Le personnel est chaleureux et prévenant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le spa (saunas et hammam), avec sa salle de relaxation confortable, très agréable après une journée de rando au Feldberg !"
