"É um apartamento onde metade dele é um hotel e a outra metade residencial. Na data da minha viagem o hotel tinha aberto a 15 dias. Tudo muito novo, funcionários bem receptivos e gentis. Café da manhã bom, não tem tanta variedade mas bem completo. Localização excelente, bem ao lado do Parque Arauco. Atenção pois não tem linha de metrô tão perto, apenas um ponto de ônibus. No geral tudo limpo, apenas algumas coisas com um pouco de poeira mas creio que por ser em frente a uma avenida movimentada....

"At check-in, the front desk was polite and showed us to our room. We had expected a pool-side room but were advised that there were noisy parties all week and some going on until 5am so we settled for a high floor away from the noise. The room was spacious enough and set out with a large king bed, table and sofa. The bathroom was small and cramped but everything worked OK and was clean.
