Very small selection at breakfast and area is very small and congested for comfort. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room which is unacceptable for a four star hotel."

"The property is well situated to the centre of town and L'Arena of Verona. It is also a short walk to the train station and therefore great for day trips in the area. Plenty of dining options just outside the front door and quite peaceful in the evening. The staff was exceptional and very willing to help with any questions that I had. "

"The property and rooms are well kept, even dough the furnitures are not the newest. However, room was tidy and clean, staff was nice and helpful. To reach the hotel you need to catch the bus or get a taxi. It's not close from central train station."

"Out of all the sockets only one worked. Property is in poor condition. Lift buttons work if you force press them. Wallpaper in lofts is tearing off. Plug in the bath didn’t work. Awful. No manager to speak to. "
