If you’re going by foot I didn’t find a lot nearby but I had a great walk and nice shops nearby. My room was very quiet and perfect for just arriving from a flight. I had a very restful 2 nights "

The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "They did not put me in booked superior room with bathrobes as advertised on your site, but the room itself was very good, maybe a bit worn and the safe did not work. I also did not like the chaid, which was very cold to sit on. Everything else wad really good: receptionists, wending machines, breakfast, proximity to the airport, transportation options, location, peace and quiet and the price. If you want to have a city break this is a far better option than to pay double price for a much worse hotel in Milan. "
