"The staff was great. The hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast was plentiful Unfortunately they've had a lot of rain and we had a small colony of ants in the bathroom. Also the pillows were very hard, which u think is an Italian thing as we experienced that in every hotel we stayed in. This is a great location for staying prior to flying out of MXP as it is literally 5 minutes to T1 and car rental returns. We have stayed here often over the years."

"It is close to the airport. The hotel has shuttle services to pick up and drop off at the airport. This is an airport hotel; there is not much to see, to go, or to do. The staff are friendly. The hotel offered to drop me off at a restaurant nearby for dinner. That was unexpected. "

"Beautiful grounds and pool. Amazing views! Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the wireless internet connection waa terrible, which meant the TV would not load channels and I was unable to work remotely. I told thw front desk but nothing was done. Also, their restaurants require reservations and by the time we checked in there were no reservatioms left at the main restaurant. Also note that no food from outside the hotel is allowed."
