"I can't say enough good things about this completely renovated building in the old city. Absolutely everything is new, in fact it still has that new smell! And quiet, really quiet! My room had a 10-foot ceiling and a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. It had a very firm queen bed, 4 comfortable pillows and a nice down-filled cover. Loads of closet space with extra towels, mini fridge, desk & stool, safe, 36" TV, convenient electrical outlets next to bed, modern wall-attached lamps, and 2 liters of water and earplugs in Numa-branded containers. Nice touch! The bathroom is the real star of the show, though. Very spacious with 7-foot rain faucet and wand, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and lots of hot water with excellent pressure. The sink area had a large mirror and a nice ledge for toiletries, etc. with hand soap and lotion. All very well illuminated! Hair dryer also."

"This hotel was great! Great location with comfortable facilities. We booked a family room and were given 2 adjoining rooms which was a pleasant surprise. Each room was big enough that they could have fit all 4 of us in one! The showers in the rooms were great with actual powerful flow, as powerful as the ones at home and definitely better than any I've experienced in other hotels. Breakfast buffet was really good with a wide selection. Two outdoor pools, one small shallow pool for the little kids to splash about in and one bigger pool for the older kids and adults. The indoor pool is part of the spa and comes at an extra cost and is for adults only (i didn't use it so can't comment). There is a tiny gym available which you don't need to pay for. I did make use of it but even by hotel gym standards it's pretty poor but as a casual gym goer who was just trying to burn off a little of the extra holiday food i was eating it was fine. Location was perfect for us. Its based next to the oceanarium and science museum both within a ten minute walk. Shopping centre just round the corner and plenty of local shops and eateries within walking distance as well. Bus stop right in front takes you to the zoo. We took a taxi to the beach - it was only a ten minute drive. Overall it was a wonderful stay"

"The gals at the front desk were very kind and helpful.It is a basic hotel, but clean and very nicely priced breakfast.There is not much to see near the hotel, but the metro is a 10 minute walk.Airport is close by.My only issue was pickup from the airport, which could be improved with better directions and a clearly marked hotel car.My driver was unable to pay for parking, so we ended up tail gaiting another which i found to be a bit sketchy."
