"I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

"Really enjoyed the overall visit, facilities were great, buffet was well organised! Unfortunately I did have someone next to me who had a child making a lot of noise so it did mean not much sleep, but would happily return! Staff were very friendly also!"

Plenty of choice for food and the staff were very efficient, nothing was too much trouble, the outside areas are very pleasant with a nice pool.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the room and throughout the entire property, was impeccable. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds, where you could clearly see the care and attention to detail. The pool was a wonderful oasis for relaxing on warm days, and the modern gym was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine while on vacation. My only minor suggestion would be to add toilet brushes to the bathrooms. However, this small detail did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future! "

"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
