Central dining/breakfast area nicely appointed, but only the one area, plus and outside casual dining area not available when we visited in May 25. Breakfast is included. Rooms are small but clean. Village shops and restaurants are still gearing up for summer with many renovations going on, and the train line undergoing some sort of major construction. Easy to envisage it thriving in a few months time. "
