"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes. The radiator did not work and was on max the whole time so the room was very stuffy. Breakfast...

"Super friendly staff - and valloire is a beautiful town! Didn’t realise it was not a regular hotel so making beds after a long flight was not really fun... 400euro deposit which we found expensive compared to other hotels during our euro trip... also took ages to come back to our card which took a chunk from our budget. Had to clean and vacuum the room after stay too... Great little unit but more like a holiday pet than a hotel... Staff made the stay worth while however !!! "

"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"Brilliant location in a great skiing resort. Was a bit apprehensive looking at the mixed regiews but we found it excellent. Decent size apartment and very new. Everything worked and very clean. We had to get two lifts to get to the 8th floor but that was fine. Nice touch with swimming pool. Would definitely go again and 9 out of 10 for us."
