"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this."

From the lift to the room it was like walking through a massive smoker.. BUT don't judge this fantastic hotel by poor behaving guests. I will definitely be back."
