The service was top quality, the rooms were very quiet and clean with very up to date technology. Morning breakfast was served well and each attendant was 100% helpful even when not even asked."

"We had such a wonderful time at The Bay Hotel. Upon check-in, concierge was kind enough to walk us through our cabana, ensuring we were comfortable. The room smelled amazing and was super clean. We enjoyed wine on the patio and enjoyed a few sunsets from it. The bar on site was lovely for a warm and cozy nightcap. Security always present on site by the entrance which was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"I stayed in a suite facing Table mountain. That view was spectacular. The suite was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and amenities worked well. Great breakfast selection. The only downside— wifi on the higher floors was not consistent -/ tough for business travelers . If that was better 5 stars. It really is in a convenient spot in the heart of Capetown. You can walk anywhere "

"The family room was very big with 2 separate bedrooms- one bathroom por both room ( which needs a renovation asap). Except for the bathroom, we really enjoyed our stay! "
