This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The maids do a great job cleaning the rooms. The breakfast that is served has fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, crepes and cappuccino and coffee. Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi. Friendly stuff, especially Katerina at the reception. I highly recommend Hyperion City Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing and very helpful. The property is new, very clean, quiet, and everything you need for a very relaxing vacation. We are looking forward to staying at the Villa again soon. We couldn't have asked for a more warm welcome and great hospitality.

Excellent location

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town. The rooms and facilities are modern, considering it was an old building. It had a rooftop garden that had a great view of the Venetian port, especially at night.

We loved this hotel! It was beautiful and quiet and near to everything. If you don't want to walk there is a bus that passes in front every 15 minutes. The breakfast was the best of our trip by far! The rooftop terrace has a small Jacuzzi pool and amazing views. One morning it rained for a bit and I took advantage of the fitness room. They have a sauna as well. This was my favorite hotel in Crete. Very well decorated and stylish, while retaining a Greek islands feel. Eva and staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this for your stay in chania.

A cozy boutique hotel with lovely front desk staff ! And of course the lovely Froso! Great location for access to downtown Chania . Well insulated for noise ..parking a little challenging if there were more cars but for downtown Chania that is a luxury ! Strongly recommend for those needing a city location ..

Great views great hotel

This is an absolutely fantastic stay in Chania. Nikos, your host, will take care of everything you need and very promptly also. He will message you thru WhatsApp and when you are 15 mins away, you message him and he meets you at the room for check in and goes over all amenities. The property was located right across from the bus station however it was very quiet. Great location with easy access to everything. Staff was very friendly and whenever a problem came up they addressed it immediately. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recoil to everyone
