"Really beautiful apartment in a really convenient location in Chania. One street away from the main bus stop, and 3 minute walk from the main tourist area of Chania. The traffic outside was quite loud all the time as it is directly above a busy intersection but if the windows are closed it is not too bad. The room itself was really well designed - you can tell the host has tried to design it in Crete style while also allowing for modern technology such as air con, washing machine, and balcony....

"Starting with the positive - the location is good, within walking distance of Old Town, shopping, and restaurants. Communication with the host was good. The kitchen was very well equipped. Now with the rest - 1. The building is dilapidated and the front door is always open. I don’t think it's actually unsafe, but the vibe isn't great. 2. The apartment is small in critical areas, the bedroom and the bathroom, which is very poorly lit. The bed requires gymnastics to get in and out. 3. All the...
