"The hotel was is a perfect location. Just right for the motor way and for trips to the city center. Around £8 for an Uber. The foyer was welcoming and the staff attentive and knowledgeable. Once in the room, it was very clean with all the amenities you’d require, as well as a fridge which was a nice surprise. No safe which is the norm nowadays. The room was very tired looking, no air con and a the bathroom VERY dated. Can’t remember r. Seeing a shower curtain for a long time!! The hot...

"What a welcome from the receptionists. The staff are incredibly helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless, bed was really comfy, facilities like hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge and tv all excellent. My only critique was no mirror on or near dressing table to do hair and makeup. Thank you for a really lovely stay😘"

"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. "Location very good, easy to find and large multi storey car park near by. Room was decent size, reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast in Masons Bar next door was very nice and the staff in there top notch. In quite a loud vibrant area but we didnt hear any noise in our room Only downside was the price but this was due to Taylor Swift concert so everywhere in Liverpool was at least doubled "
