"Lovely hotel in a good location. Parking at Charlotte street was easily pre paid online. Rooms were huge with comfortable beds and a great shower and were very quiet. Would have liked bottled water in addition to the teas and coffees supplied but it’s a minor point. Pool was fab, we had it all to ourselves! Good breakfast with a cold self serve buffet then an excellent choice of hot food to order along with cappuccinos, lattes etc. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely visit...

"During a 5 night stay twice the cleaning team overlooked cleaning our room. Parking arrangement very good. Overall the cooked breakfast was not hot. The quantity of pre/cooked eggs was excessive for the speed that they were required, and looked unappealing. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking the eggs to order"
