"This is a lovely property, but the lighting had problems even after multiple requests, air conditioner not working well and many repairs needed in the bathroom shower tiles. Front desk staff very accommodating. Chinese restaurant has excellent food and breakfast was wonderful. "

"My second time of staying at this hotel. It's not the best location in Tongxiang, but convienent for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful, although their English is limited we manage. The rooms themselves while being comfortable, the decoration is looking tired and needs redoing. Breakfast has a good selection. There are 2 restaurants both of which offer good food and there is a bar."

"Amazing staff. Pre-cooled our room ahead of arrival. Took our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Prepared play room for the kids with extra amenities and cultural activities. Great quiet location to the ancient town in walking distance. Very dog friendly. "
