"Nice and clean hotel near Shin-Osaka train station. Excellent breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western choices. Rooms are on the small side. If you have 3 guests, recommend upgrading to a room for 4 guests (two queen beds). Many restaurants nearby but not many shopping places. The major shopping areas are just a few subway stops away. Several laundry machines on 4th floor. "

"Perfect hotel for our vacation. We booked this for the convenience of having laundry in the room but were so impressed by the entire room. Laundry took a bit to learn, but once we figured it out, it was great. Having a full kitchen we were able to go to the large grocery store a few minutes away and took advantage of this to make an amazing Kobe beef meal. Dishes were included, as well as a large fridge. While the shuttle was a bonus, when it was full, it was less than a 20 minute walk to the subway station. Along the way, we found a hidden gem of a large shopping area (groceries, in store cafe with breakfast, amazing dollar type store for souvenirs), and just enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lawsons was right downstairs for everything you needed for day to day. "
