Staff were polite and helpful, location is good not too far from metro or train station. Breakfast has a good range of options, they provide free afternoon tea which was a bonus to my stay. The onsen & sauna facility must be tried after a day out, so relaxing.

Best hitel so far with coin operated lau dry machine, excellent spa onsen, complimentary all you can drink happy hour and tea time, microwave and filtered water dispenser o every floor. Would definitely come back. Within 10 minute walk to JR station, several subway stations, with elevator street access which was great for luggages

Property was great, rooms are small but what you would expect for Japan. We didn’t have much interaction with staff so can’t say if they were helpful or not, checking in and checking out is all self service so not really rateable. Property was really clean, modern and nice though. Would recommend again. Note it’s about a 15 minute walk to a train station

A nice hotel in a convenient location, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It's about a 14-minute walk to Osaka-Umeda Station, making it a good base for exploring the city. There is also a convenience store just a few minutes' walk away, which was very handy during our stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my son. The room was spacious for a standard room and very clean. I loved the spa and the shampoo bar for washing my hair. The hotel provided great amenities. The hotel is a good option for most people, I would say it’s a fair walk to either of the closest metro stations which maybe the main down side, but if you’re OK with a 10 minute walk then that maybe fine. The rooms are typical for a mid tier Japanese hotel, the bathroom is more western (shower, toilet and sink all in the same room) not huge but pretty well decorated - again typically the TV is essentially local so unless you speak Japanese you will not find much to watch, but there is something wrong if you’re in Osaka and watching TV. The area is surrounded by really great food and shopping options. The hotel has some extra cool features like a Japanese bathing service (not my thing) and the premium lounge for guests which offers things free coffee and donuts during the day (not bad actually). Would stay again…
