The staff were nice and very informative about the hotel enmities. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The public bath with onsen was such a great part of the hotel. Would recommend people to stay here and would stay again myself in the future.

Awesome hotel, great facilities! Just that the location is abit out of the way, so long as you’re alright with a bit of a 10 to 15 mins walk from Osaka Station. Will recommend this hotel!

Located close walk to Osaka Station, lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Great onsen and superb staff. Only downside is bathroom had a bit of a smell and would suggest better cleaning.

Very nice place to stay. The room is a little small for american standards but it was perfect for 1 person. The room was clean, comfortable and cute. Personnel spoke and decent english and was super nice. It is at a walking distance from the train station, wich was super practical.

Lovely hotel with Onsen My only complaint is the area is very noisy even when in the twelevth floor you can hear traffic. But conveniently located about ten minutes or so from a lot of tourist areas like Dontobori

Staffs are nice , the facility within the hotel are great for its price . Distance between main attraction is not too far . You get anything you need at the family mart near the hotel within 2 minutes walk. It’s a great hotel where located in a quiet neighbourhood, peaceful and quiet without noisy traffic sound . Too good to be true.

This was probably our favourite hotel in Japan. It's within an easy walking distance to Osaka station, shopping and market street. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and well appointed. We all loved the walk in bathroom/shower. We were on the higher floor and had a beautiful view of Osaka. We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was not as nice as on pictures :)
