"We loved our stay at Oimachi Tracks. Very convenient for Shinkansen out of Shinagawa. The shopping area below the hotel has lots of restaurant choices. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet. They could have been a bit larger, but certainly not a dealbreaker."

"We love the location. The room is beautiful, including the balcony. Couldn’t believe the size of the bed. And the amenities were great."

"👍"

"Stay was quiet, the room was so clean they give you a blue light, you would have to request an iron if you need one and a microwave is on the floor with the laundromat. There are so many options for food near by, along with a pharmacy, a coffee shop “Tullys”, a Konbini for the real Japan experience and the subway is literally just outside the door and one stop from the international airport terminal 3. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop! It’s usually no one up there and you can...

"Came with some useful stuff for an international trip like a hairbrush, toothpaste, etc. great location too, in a mall"

"If you stay at this hotel you will want for nothing and everything. EVERYTHING is walking distance and the Hotel is spectacular."

"This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. The best thing about the hotel was the location. The metro stop is right there and so many bars and restaurants and shopping within the hotel area. It’s also a very walkable area to the Shibuya crossing."

"Staff are very helpful. On our last day, we will miss the breakfast due to early flight. The reception staff made sure that we will be provided with packed breakfast. It was a delicious “bento”, sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. Thank you Intercontinental staff. We will definitely be back."

"Decent sized rooms, on site laundry machines, friendly staff, and convenient location for public transportation."

"ゆっくり休めます"

"Fourth stay at this hotel and will come back again. Twin bed room was large and included washing machine and microwave. Room was quiet. Breakfast was usual good standard with plenty of choice. All staff professional."

"使い勝手何良く妻がご満悦^_^"

"Overall, extremely clean! Hotel staff is very nice. Rooms are more spacious than other Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed at. They have a free water dispenser, and washer/dryer that you can pay to use at the hotel which makes doing laundry really convenient. Location is right next to Ebisu station, and there a Family Mart around for corner for quick drinks or snacks."
