"Let me start out by saying my fiance and I loved the hotel itself. The decor was wonderful, very warm, rustic with wood accents. The staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazingly fresh, bed was comfy and showers spacious. Everything was super clean. One massive negative note. All this is located in a sketchy neighborhood. Let me explain. It’s in a predominantly Turkish, Arabic neighborhood where the people there openly ogled my soon to be wife like they wanted to either buy her or rape her. Don’t leave your lady unattended here! The hotel area has several “adult entertainment” businesses nearby and we walked by several sex shops with big displays of dildos in the window. Not cool if you have kids walking with you, you will be doing lots of explaining. It’s close to Marianplatz so that was nice. We enjoyed our stay but would probably not return bc of the neighborhood."
