"Let’s start by saying the property that I booked in the picture and listing is not what I was given. After attempting to find check in instructions and calling the host, we were told the unit isn’t available they have been having issues with the unit. If a host is having issues why advertise. The host said they had a unit that was similar at another property and would accommodate us. We were moved to a studio at Harmonia that was extremely smaller, there was no couch and seating area like the...

"My stay at this apartment was a mix of minor hiccups and delightful surprises. On arrival, I faced an unexpected issue: the Wi-Fi was down on the first night. While this was inconvenient (especially for someone needing to catch up on work!), the host was quick to respond and resolved the problem by the next morning. Their attentiveness turned a frustrating start into a testament to their commitment to guest comfort.
The true highlight, however, was the breakfast experience. Each morning, a...

Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City
Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast CityOsu Klottey
10/10 Excellent
I was on the verge of booking a room at another hotel in Accra when a friend told me he would be staying at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast. Following his lead was a very wise decision and I thoroughly enjoyed the four nights I spent there! My double room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The staff were professional and courteous and I would like to single out for special commendation: Adelaide in Reservations, Kwame at the Front Desk, Philip in the Executive Floor Lounge, Isaac in...
